Boyd Welding LLC manufactures custom made fuel tanks, artistic designs, signs, dashes, enclosures, brackets and braces for all sorts of general and specialized purposes.

We offer Powder Coating, TIG Welding, Custom Milling, Custom CNC Plasma Cutting and Custom Braking. We use Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless Steel. We offer affordable, quality work that we are sure youll be pleased with.

Warranty/Terms & Conditions


Boyd Welding LLC fuel tanks and components are covered by a 1 year limited warranty period which covers the structural integrity of the aluminum and welding. If for some reason a tank must be repaired or replaced, product must be returned to Boyd Welding LLC.

Boyd Welding LLC will make no payment for parts purchased or repaired without prior written authorization from Boyd Welding LLC. We reserve the right to examine the tank or part being claimed for warranty upon return to Boyd Welding LLC, with all shipping being prepaid by customer. If the warranty claim is determined valid, repair or replacement will be made by Boyd Welding LLC. Warranty will not be honored if the tank or the component failure is caused by conditions beyond the control of Boyd Welding LLC such as damage caused by but not limited to:

Customer misuse or negligence
Improper installation by installer
Shipment or improper handling
Ordering of incorrect product
Use of contaminated fuels or additives
Normal wear and tear of product


Warranty will not be honored if the product is altered in anyway or if the Boyd Welding LLC manufacturing tag is removed or defaced.
